Gran Turismo 5
Just tried it once with soft racing. Best I got was 6th. I was watching my gap to the lead car and it didn't get past 41.xxx seconds. FAK!
On another note, the new race with a Loeb Citroen in Rome was fun. Amazing how this car handles on tarmac. Tons of grip.

I just started the seasonal races, since a friend told me it's an easy way to get money and exp. The first series of races wasn't that hard except I couldn't get better than 2nd on the GT-R one, my best was 12 seconds behind, so I gave up and beat the rest pretty easily.
I just did the RX-7 one for the 2nd series, and it was cake with a fully modded RX-7. From what others have posted, they changed the rules for this 2nd series of races? What was it before?

I guess I have to fully mod my RX. I thought I did but when I used it today, I was short 100hp. I sometimes just can't suck up the amount to mod a car you'll rarely use.
my PSN is mCastJR
if anyone's down to play i'm usually up late, and play late.
Right now i'm 11 a-spec and 3 b-spec. my driver freakin SUCKS!
i have to give him a super powerful car(compared to whats on the track) in order to win. but i can't justify modding the hell out of a car i'm going to use for on race =/
+ it's complete BULL**** that when I want my driver to pace up, or overtake, he immediately brakes when I send the command. I really hope this is just coincidence, and not an AI flaw.

^^ It is just a coincidence.
STI-owns-evo (I just did on the freeway actually
) Ya they changed the races on the 5th, so now there is no restrictions. Before there were weight and power restrictions that made the races very difficult if your driving line and setup were not up to par. Now you can just power your way through...just like A-Spec :\

I'll probably start doing seasonal when I finish the extreme races, don't think I'm quite ready for enduro's yet lol!!I got lucky with the lottery ticket car after finishing expert, abt Audi TT car.saved me some credits from having to buy a new one

since the RX7 race is just before the Loeb race, i figured i could build the RX7 up as much as i can and win with sheer power.(using the Spirit RX7 from the dealer, for highest power output + modifications = most power right?)

I really liked the restrictions, and I wish that all of A Spec had them too. I do not have the ability to keep myself from over powering the competetion in any car I build
That is why I have 160 cars and no cash lol.
