would have been a better system
and i feel the arrows don't make a difference at all. i've thrown Bob that had a horrible hangover with diarrhea in a race and he did fine. though i always use an overpower car for the races.
What do the arrows mean? Original driver was always green arrow forward, i got a new driver, used for a few races- now the first driver has a orange arrow pointing down. I switched back to him for a few races but his arrow is still down.. what are they trying to tell me?

I pitted two of my b specs against each other to see who could get a faster lap. They can get a faster lap if they are 5 laps in than the second lap. They have to warm up
Hot head BOB is faster most of the time even when he is a lower rank 1-2 lower
