Oh, and to anyone who hasn't done the advanced Jeff Gordon NASCAR special event, I saw a tip which makes no sense, but if you turn off ABS, the car turns at higher speeds. Since I don't use brakes at all, how ABS affects the car, I have no idea, but I was having a crazy hard time with the last advanced event, and after doing that it was cake.

 

Very interesting, I am going to have to try that. I already failed like 10 times. Thanks for the tip.

 

i believe once you turn the ABS off, the ASM shuts off too.

This is exactly what happened. I won the Nascar challenge easily with that turned off.

IIRC, it ends at 7 tonight. if you're going to do it, just turn on the skid recovery. i turned it on, and got first in one try.

 

Freak I didn't. I had everything OFF. Obviously I didn't read what everyone's been saying. LOL!
That car is so hard to control, slipping and sliding all over the track, I gave up and ended DFL.
Marcel, I returned the NASCAR. Thanks man. I might hit you up for it again to do the other NASCAR races in A-Spec.

 

So I'm assuming since the older Season Races are expiring tonight, we should see another update soon, I hope.

Lol I did the same thing,the beginning of the track just kills me I haven't even touched the NASCAR series on extreme and don't think I'm doing it anytime soon.

 

it's actually not that bad at all. i thought it was pretty fun driving a Nascar around the tracks.

 

I think it's the part that there's nothing else to mod in that car that gets to me lol!!easy win
