wait, if it doesnt give you points, then it doesnt raise insurance right?

or does it still? cuz from what i know, a speeding ticket wont raise your insurance if you do traffic school.

you only get to do traffic school every 18 months to wipe off a point. so if you get 2 tickets within 18 months, you can only take traffic school once.

not true. If the judge allows you to, then you can go more than once in 18 months. But probably not to a point where you ask for it like 5 times within that yr 1/2

and you would have to go to court to ask... most ppl would not even bother. But if it was a ticket for say 66/67 in a 65... then i dont see why the judge wouldnt let you, or maybe throw out the ticket.

so, if you do get a ticket for using a hand held phone, then your insurance doesnt go up right?

evne if the insurance knows, only points raise insurance rates right?

I once got two tickets 1 week apart from each other in different counties. Ended up taking traffic school twice (in each county) and no points were recorded.

I dunno how it happened but it did.

yeah I think it just goes on record but since no points it doesn't effect insurance. But I can't say that will be a fact if you get several tickets cus at that point they might think you are a hazard.
