1) Bought Bosal twin-tip cat-back exhaust.
2) Cut off 3.5" megaphones.
3) Bought a pair of cheapie 2.25" chrome pencil tips at Tognotti's in Sac.
4) Cut pencil tips to correct length, cross-cut one end with a hacksaw, hammered them on with a rubber mallet.
5) Still too loud; took to muffler shop and had them add a Magnaflow 4" round muffler under the floor to use as a resonator.

BTW, the Bosal twin-tip now comes with a resonator standard, so you can skip step #5 (couldn't find updated pic of system, but you get the idea).
In January, I plan on going to the muffler shop again so that I can have them weld-on 6.5" long stubs to the back of the muffler and re-use my original stainless steel extensions.
