Will you guys shut it and keep it on topic? Why does every thread seem to go off topic because some little kid comes along an riles everyone up?

I still don't understand why people open a thread up, take the time to read through each post, and then ***** and moan about the fact that it isn't about cars on a "car" forum.
Maybe if you contributed a little more, you might realize that people on here debate things. It helps everyone see both sides of an argument.

Under the 2nd amendment, the courts have defined "ammo" as "arms". Now they can ban specific ammo (example CA bans incendiary rounds due to fire hazards) but they can't blanket ban ammo.
As to the ammo tracking, I doubt any state will pass it for one reason. They can't afford the costs of the tracking system and people.

There is a tracking system that can cover everything you purchase, anywhere, everywhere. (right now at least the US because we're owned by a ****in POS government that we can't question or audit)
You dont think they have money? LoL think about our country and what doesn't get audited? The Federal Reserve, they don't have to tell anyone where the trillions upon billions of trillions are going toward. ****, we don't even get a fed note saying where our tax dollars are going, and they created a law in the 50's that doesn't allow us to audit their stuff?
Remember, a single fed note is like... a single piece of monopoly (the game) bill. They took the real treasure (gold) and gave us this paper instead and said its currency. They can track every bullet created, every THING created in the industry. If you dont think they have the power to do that then live in your cool special world. In reality, they have all the power and make all the shots without someone questioning them.

I'm set up for reloading .223, .308, 7mm Rem Mag, .45 ACP; powder, bullets, primers, cases, and a Dillion 650 press.
If anyone wants to learn how to reload, I'm here every other Saturday.

I'm still reading through the bill but I'm pretty sure the encoding process would allow for the tracking of ammunition sales. Real time tracking of an actual round and its own seems a bit far fetched. I'm still curious about the root cause of the opposition to this bill.
Is it the financial burden of having to pay an extra $.05? Is it the prospect of the State knowing when, where and how much ammunition your purchase?

Which is why I'm still waiting for a PM from Brucelee for his hideout area when the catastrophe comes.

I am sure that it wouldn't matter what 3rd party did the audit. We would still be screwed.
I dislike some things that the ACLU does, but I am sure they would love to exploit the Federal Reserve.

Paying extra for anything is annoying when that added cost is unnecessary.
The obvious intent of this bill is to crack down on gun crimes. The intent sounds good enough, but it's clear the overwhelming majority of deadly shootings involves stolen/black market guns and ammo. This bill and bills like it keep coming up because the government can't/wont enforce current laws. This is more a waste of money and a way to invade privacy more than anything else.
You don't fight crime bad making more things illegal, you do it by enforcing the ***-ton of laws that already exist.
