he's complaining because of the way he was treated..not because he got a ticket.

as for sueing. If I'm not mistaken...or at least at the skate parks I've been to they have use at your own risk signs posted up and the helmet "laws" and what not in place. If someone did try to sue they'd loose.

same way that if you have no trespassing signs and warning signs and what not on your properly your generally safe if some idiot falls through your roof while trying to rape your wife....but if you don't....your hosed.

guess you've never heard of iron clad pre-nuptual agreements that are torn apart by greedy sharks, er lawyers??????

i know, even though they all sorts of signs on that property, given enough $$$$, someone will sue...

we all live a sue crazy nation.

heck even prisoners, since they are wards of the state, they can sue for free. that's why they can sue for the stupidest things... like the soup last week tasted like crap? they sue...

Dont worry, I wont. Being mocked and harrased at a skatepark isnt my idea of a fun time. I would rather get a ticket for waxing up some curb and destroying public property at a fun spot. THen the ticket would actually be warranted.

Yin said it very well. We are at a public place meant to keep us off the streets, and we still get **** from the police.
