So I need to sart by saying that I don't hate cops and I have alot of respect for them and what they do as they do put them selves in danger.

So I'm driving home from my girls house on the other side of town and about half way home I'm turning left on the same street that the cop is stopped at a red light on. So he is about three cars back and we merge onto a four lane street and he rolls up behind me and the whole time I have not been speeding ( in fact the ford next to me is pulling me a little) and I rolled my windows down so he did not see my tint. He followed me down a few side streets and all the way to my parents house were I passed my house ( my mom was out front watching the cop follow me) and flipped a ***** (so I could park in front of my house.) and looked at him "like can I help you".
He did nothing no fix it ticket or anything.
I hate punk cops that try to force you into something shouldn't you be out on a call or helping cats out of trees.

If he wanted a ride in the car all he had to do was ask.

I did get pulled over last friday and was given a fix it ticket for my Euro front plate but that cop was cool and didn't even write me up for my tint. I have nothing against cops like I said before. Just don't try to bully us around because you have a badge and a gun.

 

haha, I do the same thing when I see a cop. but I agree with you...its like they have nothing better to do, especially here in san francisco. they should be watchin out for the crackheads on 6th street instead of following me

 

If I were a cop, I'd do it just to mess with you ;-)

 

Yeah I know he probly got a good laugh, but still this is the kind of stuff that makes people dislike them.

 

Here in oakland we don't bother the legit guys/gals........just suspect looking drug dealers doing sideshows! I do agree with you...there are some that are ppower hungry or something!

 

At least you remained level headed. You handled that well, even though the cop was being really weird.

 

You should have downshifted and stepped on it to get him off ur ****. Just a tip for next time y'know
