Vancouver WRX Cop Car

Cops in Vancouver are using a WRX for cop duty. No pics though...

Wow... I thought they only gave jay-walking tickets in canada. =)

Now that is just awesome! Imagine if they upgrade to VF23 turbos and with boost controllers! It would help keep the Impreza WRX right with most cars (Vett Z06 maybe)! But seriously, if they just equip the Impreza with the VF turbo and boost controller, and hand that over to the Police, life would be hard for fellow people who don't want to stop.

Remember that vid of the Eclipes/Talon that ran from the cops, A mustang/carmero had to chase it down. Now with AWD on board, I wonder how many how make a run for it will get caught?

Speaking of unmarked cars, today I saw a guy pulled over by a new gold Ford Taurus in San Lorenzo. Completely unmarked, only had lights on the passenger sunvisor.
