2 black zipties, a piece of metal barstock cut to the right length (I think home depot can cut it for free or cheap) and 2 quick release clamps?

or

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=263602_263622

or

http://www.utilitysafeguard.com/Safe...hicle-Bracket/

(cheaper than that bracket you put up, AND it has an extinguisher)

Humm... I could weld up stuff like that.

Couple of L brackets drilled, cut some 1/4" dom tube, drill it to accept a fire extinguisher bracket, then have it powder coated black...sell it for, oh.. $40

*rubs chin*

Pay me no, come on over and we will do it up, sure.. got to wait tell spring, My mig welder is on its way, but sure thing man no problem.

As to the bars, let me look into the cost of steel, and how much fab work I need to do. I might be willing to do a run of 20 or so, limited run, if I got pre-pay up front for half costs on them.

I will pop into the steel shop this weekend see what I can get L stock and some light tube for *ponders* hum..I could do stainless and thread/bolt them together rather than weld....
