E85 at Sunol

Can you just start pumping E85 in our cars? Or are there steps to make the car better prepared for it?

I know you need bigger injectors and a tune. So you'll need an accessport or something like that unless you have it open source tuned.

You can run around 20% of your tank capacity with e85. So if your tank filled up is 16 gallons then 3-3.5 gallons of e85 is allright. Have done it a bunch of times to no ill effects.

Just filled up with some E85.

E85 at Sunol Super Stop shot up to $3.299 per gallon......

BTW - I asked inside and the guy at the counter said they get their E85 from some company out in Tracy. Not sure if that helps determine who makes the E85 or not though as it wasn't like saying "The Race Fuel Pump is all Torco Brand Fuel".
