Contact your local district attorney's office. I think most have some form of a consumer fraud/protection unit. I know for Santa Clara County it's 408-792-2880.
Contact your bank and tell them you never authorized or purchased anything from that company and report it as fraud.
Depending on what personal information you had to give to the scamming company, you may want to keep an eye on your credit reports and/or put a temporary freeze on them so that no one can open any accounts in your name while you sort this mess out.
You can file a complaint online with the Federal Trade Commission by using this form.
Best of luck to you. While not exactly the same thing, my girlfriend was a victim of identity theft awhile back. That was a royal PITA to sort out and there are still sometimes complications from it to this day.
