credit card scam.

Ok guys, a little history..a few years ago i was about 19 years old or so, got an offer in the mail for an 8000 dollar credit limit, being young and stupid i apply for the credit card. i get it! i am only charged $99 for this huge limit! wow! i try to buy something with it.. doesnt work.. whats this it doesnt even have a mastercard visa logo on it. i call them to see why i cant buy anything they send me a catalog of their stuff... hmm scam.. i look at the catalog and realize this is a bunch of crap i never want.. glass trinkets and crap like that.
anyways i call them and argue with a sales guy until he finally agrees to cancel me and give me a refund.. a month later i call up to make sure its cancelled.. yup its cancelled sweet.. then a month later i get a catalog from them WTF i call them back and they argue with me about cancelling and finally they agreed to cancel me and refund the money.. now 2 months ago, i see that i am charged 200 dollars by them! i call my bank they reverse it and put a stop payment for 6 months.. and today i notice wow while checking my online statement i only have 50 bucks! what did i buy that now i cant pay rent?!?! i check the actual statement.. and it looks to be i was charged again 200 dollars by them.. i call them and sit on hold for 20 minutes and finally was disconnected im guessing from their end.. and now i call get another stop payment, and that will take a few days.. and now i am short rent because of this scam company.. and cant get ahold of them..
anybody have any suggestions??? i have no idea where to go with this... i am thinking a lawyer?

thanks

Greg

edit:: and yeah i was young and stupid i say again heh.

so did you ever get any of your money back? If yes, try to call and get your $200 back again. Once you have it back then CLOSE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! So they can't do this crap anymore.

Talk to someone at your bank to make sure this company doesn't access your account again.

Then explain to the cc company that you consider this fraud and will be forwarding it to your local district attorney's office.

Don't do it yourself. Hire someone else so you can establish a firm alibi. I charge by the body count. 250/body
