For us it's more about time than cost, we couldn't even use off the shelf parts on either the L or the new car so have had to make our own due to tire width, ride height etc etc. Making the change from bolt on fender flares to widebody on the L was roughly 4 weekends work for us with a ton of outside help from friends as the fenders were made from hand. If I could have brought something that worked I would have for sure.

HAHA it was kind of 70's Toyota'ish for sure!

If I had that thing dangling from my mirror I'd punch the mirror off. How damn annoying. At first I thought that car was cool, but then I saw the mirror dangly thing.

That car has waaaay too much money in it for what it is. Of course it isn't my money so... whatever. I think it looks ridiculous, personally and agree that carbon isn't the fast track to saving weight.

Nice looking car though I think it looks pretty clean.

On a side note, Gagan I bet if you had cash to burn you would have used a carbon kit for your GC

Mike
Probably not. The difference in cost could be put else where... you know me

And lets say I went with carbon for the strength over fiberglass, it'd still paint that ****.
