Every job I've EVER interviewed for I've been offered. Including the one where I was gonna be designing user interfaces for primarily *****. I turned that one down... had no clue it was **** and I'd NEVER made a UI in my life. Haaaaa. Wasn't enough money either.

At least you have experience, I have a degree and I'm still getting shot down. The only question I get asked is if you had experience. Today recruiters came by to speak to the department in our building that is getting shut down in July about resume's and interviews and what questions recruiters ask. Experience is top priority. 12 years of experience I'm sure you'll be good to hop on a job before severance is over.
