I'm playing chauffer for my wife and her korean friend, today. I don't think any of you have gotten to know my wife well enough to have her loosen up, but she's pretty talkative.

But today... Her and her friend have been blabbing non-stop from the time I picked her friend up at 11am until now here at our house. Blah, blah blah, blah blah blah. I still have to take them to Waikele to go shopping, and then back downtown.

I guess this is what I get for spending all Saturday at Pat's...

I know how you feel. I think I developed ADD b/c of Asian women babbling too much when I was young. Now I space out when anybody talks too long.

 

And they talk LOUD! Sheesh, no matter where they are its like they are shouting. I think its because they grew up with the 60 family members living together in PI. Atleast thats what my wife claims. I just think they are loud. =)

 

That's what I'm talkin about. lol

 

They're still downstairs talking. Just sitting on the couch talking. Not working on anything. Not looking at pictures. Not watching TV. Just talking. At least they're not old... there's no guttural sounds or spitting going on (those of you who've been around older Koreans should know what I'm talking about).

 

ALL women talk a lot! When I was younger it was part of their charm, not it's to their universal detriment... But they have chichi's so it makes up for it in my book.
