cop factor (have you been pulled over for modified exhaust?)
My cars set each other's alarms off (Suby has the stock alarm) when I start them and forget to disarm the other. Never even had exhaust or noise mentioned to me in 8 years in CA.

I get real nervous with the hush, I need to let someone else drive my car some time so I can hear what it sounds like. I know when I get on it that it's loud as hell, but even under 3k it sounds pretty loud to me, I can't tell if it's because of being in the wagon(it drones a little), or if it's really that loud outside. I've also noticed a crapload of fuzz out lately. In the last week I've had 3 different police follow me, I was shifting at 2k just to make sure it stayed as quiet as possible. I have maddad catted DP, 3CE, non tapering flange to hush with PDE up...oh and a VF34.
Will putting on the Gruppe-S V2 headers calm it down or make it worse? I'm adding a helix TMIC and gruppe-s headers for a xmas present to myself

I've gotten 3 tickets for my exhaust. The first was with a speeding ticket and it didn't do anything. The other 2 were just bored cops, one fremont on a bike and one CHP on the freeway. The CHP didn't even say it was because of noise, it was just the appearance of it, Blitz single tip, that made it illegal. So whatever. It just means, put stock exhaust on, get ticket signed off, go before judge, pay $10.
