That said, we all know that axle back exhaust is a gray area, however going strictly by the letter of the law, he was right to ticket you. It is bogus, I agree with you 100% on that, but... That does not give you the right to imply the officer was "fake" or "not doing his job" when in fact that is exactly what he was doing.

So you got a ticket. It happens. Sounds like the cop was doing his job. I agree that there is no need to call him 'fake' or be so angry. Where do you work? I want to come in, let you do your job and then yell at you for doing it.

Get an officer to write it off, take it to court and contest it. I've done this twice and didn't have to remove my exhaust or pay the fine.
I had a fairly quite dual tip cat-back exhaust, but the officers wanted something to write me up for, so they wrote me up for that...
I found a cop and asked him to sign off on the ticket, I told him that it was "fixed" and didn't exceed the noise limit (it's supposed to be 90db, but it's actually what the officer thinks is too loud). They asked me to start my car, rev it to 3k, and in both incidents the officers agreed with me and said that the exhaust was quiet enough to where it would be legal (it was pretty damn quite, especially since I had a resonator welded into the mid pipe).
I took the ticket to court, told the judge that I was cited incorrectly and that my exhaust wasn't "too loud". The judge made me wait till everyone else was done with their case, then had an officer go to the parking lot with me to see if the exhaust was "too loud" or quiet enough to be legal... Both times the officers said the exhaust was fine and straight up told me that the officers that pulled me over just wanted something to cite me for, which is exactly what the judge though too. Both times my tix were dismissed.
If your muffler really is quite, then fight it. If it's loud, then fix it or pay the fee.
