Anyone know where to get a cheaper re-flash? The one Vishnu uses for stage sub-zero. Vishnu is charging 750 plus tax, anyone know where to it cheaper?

You will be hard pressed to find the flash for less than $750.
The dealers for ECUtek must adhere to price controls set by ECUtek UK.
Every car is different. Two cars can be can be manufactured right after each other and still have little tuning nuisances between them. What may work (tuning wise) for one car does not always work for another. That being said, a shelf map may not be as good as a personally tuned map.
This is not to say that “shelf-maps” are bad in any way. They still can perform quite well. The point is, the best “tune” comes when your car is personally massaged by a good tuner himself/herself.

If a re-flash doesn't seem worthwhile, there is always the XEDE computer that also works with the factory ECU. Then, you can download new maps for free, as they become available through other people's dyno time.
