Thanks for all the advice, I'm gonna call at&t again and see what they can do.
Oh and as far as wifi, there wasn't much were she was staying, (Out in some province)
She usually only got it when she was in the mall.

If you call customer care they can do what is called a Re-Rate. their are more than just one international data plans. find out how many she used. and go with the one that fits you best. im sure this bill can be knocked down to under 500! i worked for ATT customer care so i know what can and cannot be done.

no problem, if i recall as its been 3 months since i worked there, there are 3 different data plans. what they'll do is act like you had the plan in place and if the plan is enough to cover her overages you'll be credited back the amount she went over minus the difference in the 2 plans. hopefully that helps explain it more. :P
