just instead of looking for it, i took it off and put it back on, and made sure all was tight, but then i came to find out that one fo the bolts holding the bov on was hand tight so i tried to tighten it and theres NO THREADS for it to grab onto in the ic, so i need a new ic anyways, but for now i used some gaskey sealant to try and hold it down and it ran fine for a day then the problem came back

just my $0.02, good luck!
The car is running a Superzilla turbo which most of us know is not a baby hair dryer by any means, the car is running an OEM USDM STi TMIC. With the boost levels he is running with the volume of air flow some kind of intercooler upgrade should be done with FMIC being the best choice. I drove the car into work but could not replicate the problem so I asked Mike to drive it but he could not replicate the problem either. Since we will be working on the car soon, will be tuning it as well and it is a good friend of mine we decided we would dig deep and solve the problem when the car comes back but the day I drove it in I kinda just put it on Mike, haha.

I think my friend is just looking for that "that happened to me" person. Please do not flame him for seeking help,

-Greg

Sorry....

OK so I was a bit harsh and for that I apologize, but Greg and Mike really do know their stuff, and your car is non-stock enough that its unlikely anyone else is going to have run into exactly the same situation as you.

That is one of the things about taking a high performance car and wringing even more out of them, you never know what other part of the system can't keep up or needs to get upgraded.

Good luck sorting things out...
