Yeah they do as long as you don't break any of their new "hate speech laws" which includes offending anyone (especially the Muslims).
I think you are misinterpreting my Attitude. Its not a "let the other guy worry about it attitude. It's the the other guy has a right to do what he wants and own what he wants as long as he's not hurting anyone else attitude.
AKA: Liberty It's what this great republic was based on, and what the founders wanted.
And that means if Paul wants to own an M-1 then Paul gets an M-1. If Paul wants an M-2 then as long as he doesn't mind paying for the Ammo, then he has the right to own one.

it's not much of a need.
but rather celebrating the fact, that as free citizens in this fine country, that allows us to own them. but on a daily basis, we are fighting for the rights to own them, as the left wing liberals want to take them away.
take for example, do i really need a the two .50BMG rifles that i own?
no of course not.
but since AB50 was signed as law in kalifornia, i didnt want to be caught like what happened to me, when in 2000, law AB23 came into effect, and firearms that were deemed as "assault weapons" were banned.
if i only knew that in 1999...
sigh...
