As much as I don't agree with what that person did to Dan, I don't think its lawsuit material, directing some one to a public post an all. It appears as if Dan has developed a "fan club" in his carrier of posts. I don't always agree with what he has to say, but damn that really is not a nice thing to do to someone while they are selling their car. Something to be learned here...watch out for Skeletons in your closet.

The people that have ?'s about my car, I tell them it is in the shop right now, because of a parking lot incident, but the car will be fixed, and brand new looking when they get it, as the damage was only external. That's jacked.
