we (as humans) are quick to hate/dislike people who simply don't believe in everything that you do. this is a part of human nature. the difficult part here imho, is religion, which humans have been murdering each other over since it's conceptualization.
like i've said in other threads, global society is so extremely complex, I really don't believe still that there's someone that can truly articulate on the web/interconnection of global issues.
just look at France, they absolutely hate most, if not all, americans, but they wouldn't be speaking French today if it weren't for us.

where people b*tch about gas prices, and don't want us to help stabilize the middle east, and don't want drilling off America's coasts or NIMBY.
where people don't want to pay the "true" cost for non-renewable resources. we want everything subsidized. we want the wealthy to take care of us... cause none of them worked their asses off for their wealth, we all just inherited it. why do you think people in other countries cannot get enough wheat that the US used to export... cause we f*ing subsidize corn growth, so farmers now grow corn instead of wheat. for us sh*theads to put in our cars...
where people will pay $600 for a purse (and talk about what a great deal they got cause it's supposed to be $2,000), and NOT buy quality food, clothes, medicine for their own damn children or even a f*ing carseat cause they're too broke. makes me f*ing sick to my stomach.
where people think they are better than others because they don't eat meat.
where people hate on vegetarians because they love meat.

Obama's military advisors gave him their suggestion and he simply probably just gave the "green light". he probably really wasn't that involved with what was going on, just my guess obvsiously. he was too busy making his March Madness picks... lol. bring on the hate! loljk

but really though, I must give some credit to Obama, because he could have just changed everything and just sent a single cruise missile or laser guided bomb knocking at his door. but... then we wouldn't have been able to gather all the intel from all the computers there, which i'm sure we are going to get a lot of great intel.
