I was luck to get by without antibiotics, but geez, I'm still pissed off about the botched painkiller prescription to this day.

Ah hell, might as well join the bandwagon. Even Rastafarians aren't as obsessed with ganja as some BAIC'ers.

"Smoke a blunt!" is NOT the answer to all problems and is in fact often off-topic chaff to any given thread in which said suggestion may appear. I don't want to be bombarded with someone's hobby/obsession at every turn; it's also part of the reason why I bag on Herra Frush geeks too.

Maybe I should tell everyone to rub one out to solve all problems, and repeat that advice to anyone that may have any sort of problem in any thread. Yeah, I think I'll start doing that -- the Choku Dori Method to a Better World.

If it relieves stress, then grab the lotion!

But if you do it too much you'll get glaucoma and then you'll need to, well, "Smoke a blunt." I mean, if sucking **** helps you out, who am I to tell you not to? Suck all the **** you want to! Put those NV ****** to shame!!! You can be the biggest **** sucker you want to be, and nothing gives me the right right to tell you not to.

I'm personally not a fan of weed, and major stoners annoy me, but who am I to tell them not to? Whether it is for medical reasons or recreational, its not my call, or anyone else's as long as they aren't interfering with anyone's rights.

Honestly speaking, I agree with this statement as well.
And I was referring to rubbing out oneself for world peace, not others.

A population of apathetic stoners would lead to world peace as well.

It'd probably lead to a gentle apocalypse where we all waste away because we're too baked to get anything done.
You do realize I'm being facetious about the Choku Dori Method to a Better World, right? It might feel good but it won't put food on the table... unless you convince someone to put it on video and market it.

... At any rate, back to blown motors and impacted wisdom teeth!!!

It's all about marketing! Which brings us back to "Drugs are bad, m'kay." Its. All. Marketing.

And yeah, I totally thought you were being serious about your world peace plan
You do get I was being sarcastic there, right?
You do realize that I wasn't being sarcastic with THAT part, right?

sometimes other times you concentrate on the pain too much because you're paranoid and think you're dying.

You can think about pain two ways.

A) It is messages from your nerves
B) It is the interpretation and recognition of those messages

I chose option B, because if you don't feel the pain, there is no pain. Weed may make you "forget" about the pain by taking your mind off of the recognition of those messages, so isn't that getting rid of the pain?

I feel the same way about the "placebo effect." I don't care if it is "real" medicine or a placebo. If the depression/pain/whatever is gone, it is gone. There is no "it isn't really gone" option. Gone is gone. Now, if there is a medical problem CAUSING the pain and all you do is something to ignore the pain without dealing with the underlying issue, then that is irresponsible.

Yikes! You should get it checked out then! Without it your responses may make you sound like a pompous jackass.

I know this is continuting the offtopic, but I've got a messed up/deformed spine, get back spasms after working out, and sometimes have trouble falling asleep becuase I can't get comfortable... and short of surgery, its either pills or herb, and I hate taking pills (ibu or aceto etc) so I use herb medically, usually only if I can't sleep or in a lot of pain...definitely not abusing the substance...

Back on topic - paul at dbtuned doesgreat work on motors and has a great turnaround time, highly recommend going there
