both are great tuners, we have gone over this over and over and over, why is this crap still going on? can we move past this preschool "my superhero can kick your superheros ***!" where all it is is a couple of kids playing with man barbies and nobody really gives a crap.
if you have the nerve to bash our local tuners, why dont you open your own shop, deal with the pressure of overbooking, problematic cars, customers that dont know the difference between thier A/R and a hair on thier ****, and overhead. then you can come here, talk mess, and people might actually give a crap... oh wait... nevermind, they still wont!!

Its like saying a car is green because it feels green; all we want is to see a picture of a green car.

Unless you can post dyno graphs from BOTH tunes and a baseline run on BOTH dynos, I think your butt dyno is flawed

Sorry I'm late to join in. Been stuck tuning cars in Canada for the last few days. Brrrr.
Which motors have I blown up? In the 10 years I've been doing this, I can remember 2 customer motors that failed during the tuning process. One was a 500hp EVO that punched a rod out of the block. The other was a methanol injected WRX that lost compression in one cylinder for yet-to-be-determined reasons. The failures were nearly 1 year a part so I'm not sure what dark month you are referring to? As for not-on-the-dyno failures I can think of one car, running a intentionally *****-out map that spun a bearing on the track. But that was a few years ago. I don't think anything else has been brought to my attention. Perhaps you could refresh my memory?
As for not tuning Subies anymore, I don't know where that rumor started. Well I think I do but that's another story. Sure, my tuning schedule has gotten pretty in the last year with all the new jobs we're working on, but we do our best to schedule everyone in. Not to mention train another tuner to help lighten our load. FWIWl, we still tune more Subarus than anything else we do so it's neither fair or accurate to say that we've abandoned them. Unfortunately, many people equate internet forum presence with market involvement. I really wish we could spend more time on the forum but there is only so many hours in the day.
