it was right when you pass Palo Alto? Not exactly sure...but it was exactly under the bridge..the slow lane...never noticed it before...i could have driven the car back home but **** that..i have insurance for a reason and i didnt want to risk driving it like that back to Watsonville. So waited for about 30 minutes and the tow truck towed me to my Ladies parents house...Going to have them towe it to the suby dealership today. They should be here in about an hour...i dont know why they offered me another STi? But im not going to argue that...im just going to make sure that its a low mileage Sti like mine and that it has everything that mine had navi...sub...lil things like that..ill keep you guys posted and will let you know what happends...

3x same problem in 12 months OR car is non-operational for 3 months because if the issue.

Lemon Law cars have a Sticker on the driver door side where the Vin/PSI badge is

If I were u I would carefully research the "new" Sti they are giving u..I would ask for one with the lowest miles if not NEW one out of the lot..

If they dont give you a new one..ask for service records on the one they are offering ..if any

I would be so happy if they were giving me an 09 brand new car just because an axle broke. Either way good luck and good for you on getting a new car soon.
