am I being scammed?
No item shipped due to his wife's pregnancy is not your problem. No shipment = no money. File a complain as mentioned. You dealt that for a month? Is your money growing on a tree? Sorry, to sounds demeaning to you, but I'm just a little angry for you.
opened paypal dispute and elevated to a claim, hopefully he just refunds instead of waiting for paypal to force it. if he doesnt I'll ask a nasioc mod to ban him. from now on its local dealings only.
A friend of mine got scammed on wednesday by a woman hitchhiker...she offered to give him a BJ in return for a ride into the city...he accepted and she performed the deed. Problem was she also stole his wallet.
Same woman pulled the same scam on him on thursday and friday too....he'll never learn.
sorry, old joke.

hmmm... the guy got the paypal dispute and all of a sudden sent me a tracking # with shipping destination to sf. I guess not a scam, just a very poor communicator, and seller, and a major annoyance. I wish it didnt take threats to get this done.
Best possible outcome, bro. Paypal disputes in my experience are rarely settled in the buyers favor. Yeah he's a pain in the ***, but at least you're going to get your stuff.
