I'd give business to Carlsen over Albany, and only Carlsen gets my service business, but when I got my WRX, I couldn't afford a dollar over invoice. The head Sales manager is Mo I think.

I would have bought my STi there too, but I was able to get two more factory options for the same money (below invoice) buying mine elsewhere, and that made the difference for me at the time (even though in retrospect I wouldn't let my worst enemy deal with the crooked fools over at Green Valley in Fairfield).

Bought mine there. Munzer and Stephen Lao were great.

Munzer was misleading me. I gave him a price, and he said sorry can't do. Then i just got up and left, he didn't even give me a price back to work with. Seems like he didn't care to sell the car or not.

I got my 03 WRX there. Talked to Keith and Steven and they are good people. Their service department operates until midnight every weekday too, and I definitely needed an after hour service once.
