no they suck. Sorry. I bought my car there. Thought I had a hook-up (a friend is friends with the owner, John Nakamura) and they pulled a fast one on me.
There is a post about their customer service and how cars come back ----ed up. I can't find it right now. Best thing to do is hit the "search" link.
Sorry guys. Still bitter from my experince. Cool car though. Ha ha.

bought my wrx there AFTER suffering from the treatment from stevens creek.
the dude was mellow and not forceful like that ahole from SCS.
2 days later after the initial test drive, i came back and bought it.
their service is open til midnights. cant beat that. got 2 oil changes right before a trip there so that kinda helped.

Carlsen Subaru in Redwood City is the area 'Volume Dealer'...they have a fixed percent price over invoice. So not the cheapest, but definitely they are the mellowest, zero pressure sales, and have a great selection.
I live very close to the dealership and bought my STi there last Sept. When STi came out, I used to stop by to check out the car and spoke w/ Munzer, Steve, Keith, etc. I thought overall they are cool, Steve is a very nice guys. If you plan to service your car there, they open until midnight M-F which is very cool for busy folks. But their service dept is kind of old and I'm not sure if their technical skill to service the WRX STi is as good as other dealers (i.e. Carlsen). BTW, Albany Subaru claims they are the #2 volume leader in N. CA.
