after strut install, steering is messed up (was: Need help fast)

Need help fast

I just instaledl new struts on my car and now depending on which way i turn the steering wheel stays to that side, both right and left. Any suggestions? 2000 rs

I know i need an alignment but would that cause the car to pull in both directions?

You didn't mess with the steering rack at all? Just the struts/springs?

No, just installed new struts. At least i hope i didn't accidentally mess with the steering rack, but I dont think i did.

yes toe will make it hang to whichever side you turn it. if they are both out or in the same way. negetive camber will also cause wandering.
