Cryotreating the shell does not sound like a good idea. Aluminum has a completely different molecular structure than steel. I'd bet e dollar Aluminum becomes very brittle. Honestly if you install syncro'd PPG straight cut gears 1-3it should virtually eliminate the deflection.

isn't this map just for 2.5L sti's? if it is only for sti's y RA gears? aren't the sti 6 speed trannys better?...sorry for bumping an old thread..I was all hyped up about it hahah..
