take it to santa cruz.

i blew my motor with all the regular boltons and they didn't void warranty. it died on my while i was making a u-turn. they said htey didn't know what caused it to blow, but it sure as hell wasn't my mods.

those guys are honest and wont find excuses to not do warranty work. I don't know why anyone would...they get paid either way.

the only reason i see why dealers would try to sidestep warranty work would be because they get paid less a less labor rate by the manufacturer.

nope, SOA (and all car makes) have regional service reps that review warranty claims from dealerships and can revoke payment to a dealership on a service claim if they feel the the work should not have been covered under warranty, this is after the fact too so the dealship already coveredd it and eats the cost of your repair if they dont approve it.

ahh ok i do warranty work on centurions and nautiques we get paid our full labor rate for warranty as well, but its the same same story how if we cover it then its not covered we get the shaft. we only had one claim this year that we got screwed on but it was because a similar issue occured twice.

Stevens Creek, LOL. It's the worst dealership I've ever been to. If their service dept is anything like their sales dept, I would get the hell out of there.

Do you or your parents have AAA? Get your car towed to Carlsen or Santa Cruz.

Pay to have it towed elsewhere. DO NOT leave your car in the 'care' of Stevens Creek.

Or drive on the some dirt roads for a bit just to put a nice even layer of dust on everything.
