Personally I am not seeing anything on here that didn't happen 2 years ago, but whatever. Must suck to suddenly not be cool though - I guess it's time for accountability now.
Jakob, there was a lot of good in the bad. As you know I have delt with many of the shops around here with last years fiasco. The now GST team helped me out of a of a few pinches. Almost all of that help came from the Service dept at GS. Even when the parts side was hesitant to give me a break on the parts. It was the service side that got things done for me. To each his own, as they say.

Whoah... sorry for your experiences, but thanks for the honest post. I had no plans to do business with them, but now you can be sure that I won't.

Hahaha you really think it's a popularity contest? I mean come on. Every place will have issues but it is how they take care of it. Well the people that took care of "it" at GS left and made GST. If you can't understand that it is that simple then I don't know what to say.

Gruppe S has been on the decline for the past year. I dont think I will be going to them for parts and definately not service anytime soon.

ehh come on now guys ever since I heard about the brake job they did I knew I wouldn't trust them for any type of installs. But hey they have good prices even though it takes a really long time sometimes to get ur item. Oh and terrible customer service
