If it were a company like Stevens Creek Screwbaru, who had a long and thorough history of screwing over customers, I could see the bashing. It's a company, who, until VERY RECENTLY enjoyed prosperity and a highly thought of reputation in the Subaru community. I'd like to see what the outcome is by this time next week before judging...

Often, the man goes out of his way to help fellow Suby owners out and even strangers.
Case in point:
A certain Impreza owner went off the road at one Suby meet in Nor Cal a couple of months back (if you're reading this, speak up). Without a fuzz, Roo and a group of friends went back to help the stranded youngster. They basically flipped the vehicle right side up, and called in to cancel the towtruck (saving the owner tons of mulah). They basically strapped the Impreza to an FXT and pulled the sucker up from the hillside.
What was cool about it was the fact that there were guests waiting for Roo at the picnic ground, but the man was more concerned about fellow Suby owner rather than his own party.
So yeah. Cool guy - yes. Ghey - not even close.
