Sorry to hear that ~ I had a bad time from them before also, they order me the wrong springs 3 times and told me the Eibach pro-kit springs for the 04 WRX wagon are the same springs which goes on to the 04 WRX sedan and they make no sense at all, so I gave Eibach a call and Eibach ppl told me they make different set of springs for the wagon ............ Really really **** me off ~ but what can I do ....... I paid them cash ..............

ouch. i would've made a scene, but then again, they ****ed up on my buddy's custom wheels twice...and my friend ended up cancelling the complete order on them.
