:rotfl: gruppe-s is garbage... I like how this gary character is talking **** about the previous mechanics when their is pictures in this thread showing how "great" his current mechanic is... Mike was the only reason worth going ot gruppe-s in the first place, once he left they shoulda just sold the building to the housing district or the ice cream people that always drive through there, because the building would do more good as a paper weight then a tuner shop...

If anyone wants to see quality, I will hava gruppe-s up-pipe and down-pipe for sale in a few weeks... things probably worth 25 bucks with the welds that I can see...

I like how the customer SAW the mechanic hitting his car with a hammer and a screw driver, but he continues to claim his mechanics are top notch, and they couldn't possibly damage his exhaust...

I agree with Bruce Lee's post in this thread...

Hi madhatterooo *wave*
this thread is very interesting. i have to say that much.

ive never dealt with Gary...only Mike, which was always great...but like everyone else said....Its in how you handle the situation that makes the biggest difference. Make it a priority!

i get customers all the time that brings cars from other shops after getting work done. they want us to fix a problem that they are not happy with. I tell them to take it back to that shop first and let them try to work it out, if things dont work out then we will take the job. So im suggesting giving Gary the chance to try and make things right, and if you are still not satisfied then at least there was a shot.

This is quite interesting, it's definitely distracting me from actual work...so we're on the first intermission?

No one is talking ****. We've always had good techs and we still do. At any rate I've been in contact with Peter and a resolution is being worked out.

As for the uppipe or downpipe welds we no longer manufacture our own pipes and the welder that welded that is now with another company.

Cheers,

Gary

Yeah you're right. Didn't mean to cast bad feelings and I am familiar with your fiasco and how the GST crew helped you out. I know they did awesome things for a lot of people.

We all have independent experiences that really are not comparable, yet I guess some people cannot see past their own situation. I was there for a while.
