Cops aren't there for customer service. "politely" doesn't work when their usual customers are dirt bags. As for claim, I could already see what this cop could write in his report. "A subject walked away. I feared for safety of myself and other..." Next time just comply and use nice words. May be they will be polite then. If you get lucky, may be he'll have another internal affair on his rep. It would probably give him a headache...not much though...unless he has lots of history of internal affairs..

^^^ file a complain in that case. Like I said before, if that cop already has lots of internal affairs under his belt, possibly adding another one will look pretty bad on his part and the department. For example, that department may have to look into how to lay off a trouble maker. As you already know (since your bro is cop), passing a background check can be really difficult process when a cop tries to get a job.

cop is a dumb ***. period. He must've failed the judgment test at academy.

Growing up and hearing about **** like this happen is precisely why I do not go clubbing. Too many dumb asses trying to act hard, while hard, then the one with the smallest dick has to prove he "just don't give a ****" and shoot someone.

yeah, not a big fan of the clubs myself. My old room mate got jumped a while back. Luckily for him he was big enough and pissed off enough to do enough damage to hold the guys, bats, 2x4's back until the cops got there. He took a few good lumps though. Long time ago actually and I don't think I've been to a club/club more than once or twice since.

Rather go to a bar/pub.

Pubs FTW! At least there is live music, decent food, and HOT wait staff. Specifically Rosie McCan's and Brittania Arms in Aptos! Those are my two favorite pubs in the bay area.
