Which Turbo Upgrade???
I want to replace the weak the stock turbo that I have now in my '03 WRX. So far I'm edging towards the Power Enterprise PE1820 Turbo Upgrade.
From What I heard this turbo is one of the best out there in the market. Problem is, this thing lags worse than the stock ones b/c of the size, etc. I can live with that though b/c I want most power in the top end.
What do you guys think of this Turbo??? Are there any turbos out there that are better than this one??? I've also checked out the new HKS Turbo for the WRX and that ones pretty good too.
Any comments, critiques, opinions, bad or good let me have 'em all.

PE makes more power than the VF30 on the same boost level. 
On top of that, PE can handle more boost than the VF30. Which has the potential of 300whp. So how could you say they make the same power?
