4eat questions on engine swaps

I am building up a 1997 Impreza L with the 2.2L and the 4eat for the street and a little rally fun. I want performance with at least 230 hp at the wheels. But I do not know if should turbo the 2.2L, swap the engine with a Legacy 2.2 turbo motor or a USDM WRX engine. Would the NA 2.2 be able to contain the power of the turbo? Or if I op for the swap, would both engines fit with the automatic? And my last question is what is 4eat's limit on power? Thanks for helping.

It all comes down to money. Your best options are
1. WRX engine- This could cost you big money after it's all said and done. Infinite power potential.
2. Legacy turbo engine- I was thinking of doing this, but even after finding an engine for a dirt-cheap $500, the cost of all the miscellaneous part swapping, and refurbishing the engine and heads would have put the entire job (with turbo kit and clutch) at almost ten grand.
3. Legacy turbo heads on your motor- I just did this complete swap with e-bay and junkyard parts for 6 g's. I'm running about 260hp at 10psi.
4. Turboing your existing motor- Dangerous, and not recommended to run over 5psi. Check out various kits offered for prices.
