engine swaps

i have a 97 outback. I am interested in doing a engine swap and just curious as to what all is involved. i found several ej20's and a ej20T what is involved in these swaps. i know ecu and harness for sure but as for tranny and drivetrain i am unsure. any info would be much appreciated.

Check out I-Speed. They have done several of these conversions and it looks like it came from the factory. They have pics and general swap info on their site.
