Bov
I just got a blow off valve on EBAy. They didn't send any directions on installing it. Anyone have any suggestions or experience with BOV's? I have one from TCC type 3 . Thanks in advance!

Ok, you'll need a flange that adapts to your new BOV. Try a couple of internet companites like WRXHOOKUP.com and Rallitek.com, and others, they should sell some. If you'd prefer to save some $$ and make your own, I can guide you through that process since I just did mine a week ago, and it works great. By the way, I saw your car in the gallery, it looks real good!! You named it Samantha?

great
yeah, samantha is my hobby these days. I just put on a carbon fiber hood, wings west prowing, altezza taillamps, and a low profile roof scoop. I'll post the pics asap. Let me know what you think. thanks for the info on the BOV. How do I remove that gold colored cap on the intercooler? You know, the place where the BOV goes.

That gold colored cap is your stock BOV, genius. That doesn't get removed, the whole triangle-shaped silver plate with the 12mm bolts gets taken out. That's the flange, and it won't work for an aftermarket BOV, because it has a hole shooting out the side of it. Your new BOV won't need a 3dimensional plate with a hole in the side of it, just a flat piece of metal with a hole for air to get to it, and a hole for each bolt.
