Will I rub?? 245/40/17 UPDATE: PICS ON POST #11

UPDATE: PICS ON POST #11

I would like to have some wider tires, I'm currently droped on Prodrive Springs with stock struts. I have 17x8 Rota Torques +48 offset I belive. Im planning to purchase a set of Falken Fk-452 in 245/40/17. Do you guys think I would rub with this type of setup? Or should I just pay it safe and go with 235/45/17.

TIA!!!

blah! be a man! I have 18x8.5 with 245-40-18's and yes I rub!!! haha but my car is pretty low but with a little more fender rolling I should be all good. I'm hoping to lower my car even mores so hopefully it works out. But yeah if your car isn't too low then you should have no problems in terms of your wheels rubbing.

What car were these for specifically? For a GD, 245/40R17 on a Rota should be okay.

So... what is your car exactly? People doing searches to figure out what will and wont't run will probably want to know.

Nice set. Are those headlights a home project? I don't think i recall vendors selling projectors for the GD...They look great BTW.
