The 3rd & 4th pics show a discolored ring around the tire (below the edge of the tread blocks & the top most part of the lettering). That was not from rubbing?

 

I think it's just the picture. The only tire that rubs is my right rear and you can see that on it. That tires goes nowhere near the quarter panel. Hmm, I'll have to inspect in closer. Plus it's like a whiteline, the side that does rub doesn't have that.
