I'm just curious: have any of you ever experienced any problems with Tire Rack? I've only bought tires and car parts from them before, with no problems whatsoever, but recently I got my first set of wheels & tires from them; everything was correct, except for the bolt pattern! I noticed that on the invoice I was emailed all the details were listed including tire designations, etc., except for the bolt pattern. And actually what frustrated me most was the salesman who I placed the order with (Alex ext.# 294), who immediately returned my message when I was placing the order, didn't bother to return my message when I called about the issue after I received the wheels. So I had to call customer service, it took two calls, finally straightened out the issue, and now the wheels and tires are headed back. I'm still undecided as to whether I should buy a replacement set from them. This whole drama has made me wary of making such a major purchase online (over $2k), especially because of all the hassles involved when problems occur. I hope you all had better experiences than me.
