tire air leakage

is there a simple way to fix a leak?

within a week period, my right side tires' psi dropsi. right rear drops from 33 to 15 and front, from 36 down to 25. i dont use my car often but when i do, i find myself pumping air in, i found this out 2 weeks ago.

am i gonna have to replace all 4 tires? these tires are only 5000 miles old

did they put new stems in when they mounted the tires? most shops suggest them, but not all! the shop will throw them in a water tank to find the leaks if it isn't obvious (like nails)
