Can anyone tell me what part of the engine is this? I noticed that some kind of fluid builds up around the seams. I'm not sure if it's oil or what and it's not all out leaking but it just seems to build up after a few days and collects dirt. Does anyone else have this type of thing going on and should I take it to the dealership to get it fixed?

except that you have one dam clean engine

 

Maybe some drips of oil came off the cap?
