No, that Audi wins by at least a carlength. BTW, I'm not one to comment on this (considering I've never done a drag launch) but does that guy's technique seem right to you? From the engine sound it sounds like his RPMs are all over the place... You can also hear his tires skipping -- if he had stuck it, he might have had an 11.0

he had a good launch, just a bad R/T. I believe thats his rev limiter he's hitting in first gear. sounds like the turbo sport bikes you see running, making huge amounts of boost. He definately stuck it, you can see the car get a little sideways. damn fast but he should loose the wing.
