How much do the 16" rims weigh? any one know?
I'm looking at some aftermarket rims in the 17" variety and looking for a fairly light rim. I'm wondering if any one knows mow much the stock 16" Al rims weigh for comparison reasons? I have an 03 legacy SE, with the rims that look like the GT rims.

Negative, stock GT wheels are closer to 18, there's quit e abit of metal in all those spokes. Still not bad, but you can do better. The RS wheels are the 16's to get, 16x7, ~16 pounds.

Yes, the GT wheels are 17-18lbs. The lightest stock rims would probably be the 00-01 RS wheels, ~16.5lbs. Rota slipstreams are the lightest, least exepsnive aftermarket 16" wheels (13.5lbs) which I have on my car. Nice and light
