My son turned me on to this sight and I just get a kick from some of you guys, and about ticketing him I had to pull all kinds of strings and ask for all kinds of common courtesy from other cops to keep him out of jail.( car is only a track car no longer on streets). To silent Bob remember theirs all kinds of radar jamming devices out there that will often give erroneous readings you sometimes have to use other methods. And yes some of those things do work.

What I say can and trust me will be held against me. It's easier than you think. Places like popular mechanics and sharper image have some stuff that work by giving bad readings. I could give you the page number but not the name if you PM me.

Just because you have some bogus certificate doesn't mean ****. They give you this so you can nab more potential victims without the excess mess of legal issues involved. If its a law, then its much more difficult to fight.
If Hitler handed you a piece of paper saying that its ok to go ahead and kill a few thousand people, does that make it cool to go and kill innocent people? Does it make it right?
It’s all about revenue; don't think your all high and mighty because you have a piece of paper. This is exactly the attitude stupid cops take. I have met many fair and just cops, but of course there are the bad ones. In my local area, I find that the different counties and cities have different hiring techniques and look for different characteristics.
My main concern and rant is when cops simply ABUSE their credibility by lying in court. I have contested a few tickets in which a police officer blatantly lied, one regarding a red light violation and got away with it because it is his word against mine. The judge could even sense that he was lying by the questions she was asking him, yet in order to keep credibility and to not "contest" the police officers judgment she help me responsible for the violation.
Visual Estimation = A fancy word for guessing and that’s NOT a lie. You think just because a piece of paper allows you to guess that I give a rat’s ***? Either way, if you make an incorrect guess, your WRONG and you have to live with that. It wouldn't matter anyways, you probably don’t have a conscious where doing something like this would even affect you the slightest.

Yes you can and if you want I can send you a copy of my cirtificate by an indipendent labrotory that allows me to tesitfy for the last 10 years in the city of NY in traffic court.I've been tested every year for the last 10 years and the most I was ever off was 7.5 MPH. Or you can stop by your local Police department and ask a highway patrol fficer. I would have never imagined this much feed back for an observation. No problem.....If your ever in NY city area stay off the Clearview expressway Unless you want to test out your theory to see if I can't tell how fast your going Or just stop by to say hi.May be i'll help you beat a speeding ticket. You need Time and Distance to get speed unless using some type of speed detection equipment.
